SPECIAL PROJECTS Fraco prides itself on its ability to tailor its products to fit the particular conditions and needs of special projects that require specific equipment. Previous challenges to our Reasearch & Development department have resulted in readily available modifications to some of our existing products (ex.: ACT-8 with an inclined floor) and new equipment developments (ex.: transport platform). Our most recent triumph is a circular platform devised to accommodate steel furnace rehabilitation work. Other projects like the Pentagon reconstruction, the Beijing National Grand Theater roof, or the Robert Moses hydroelectric dam are subjects of immense pride with our technical people. Our technical team can be called upon to compliment your own staff to modify your installation or to relocate it on the job site. TRAINING CENTER In 2006, Fraco opened a new interactive training center which is located two kilometers from our manufacturing facility in St. Mathias (35 km from Montreal). This facility provides comprehensive instructions on the proper installation and operation of our complete product line of Fraco Mast Climbing Work Platforms. In addition to its comfortable classrooms, our training center is equipped with the entire range of platforms and accessories offered by Fraco. Thus, participants are challenged by situations that mirror the real conditions of a job site. |

Participants are encouraged to bring forth and discuss real situations that they encounter daily on job sites. The customers of our training center are made up of contractors, distributors and safety officers, to name but a few. After having successfully completed one or all of the training levels, these participants will receive accreditation of their specific competences. This comprehensive training program addresses all aspects of the installation, transport, and operation of Fraco Mast Climbing platforms. Each training level includes interactive testing, and feedback which provides additional information and knowledge. .In addition our training sessions address health and safety regulations that conform with IPAF/PAL training. |
